All coffee machines and equipment are tested from the manufacturing facility before it reaches our warehouse. However, as a Moka policy and to ensure 100% that there are no defects in the equipment, our Technical Department based in Dubai, UAE are testing the machines before it is delivered to the client.

All coffee machine and equipment sold at The m! Shop goes with 2-Year Moka Standard Warranty. Other warranty packages are available as well should you wish to opt for it.
