Our gift packages and everything sold at The m! Shop undergoes special care, fresh preparation and inspection before delivery to our clients and gift recipients to ensure quality all the time. In this regard, our set of standard delivery options and timings are stated herewith as your guidelines:

Timings:

FREE Shipping

For orders above USD 149.00 (from USD 150.00 onwards), we shall provide Standard FREE Delivery Service to anywhere in the UAE.

When your shopping cart reached the said value, you shall be required to input your UAE / Recipient's UAE Postal Code. If you do not know the Postal Code, you may alternatively put "N/A". The “Free Shipping” will be activated under the pull-down menu of “Shipping”. You shall select “Free Shipping” then press the “re-calculate” button.

NO Shipping

If you would like to collect your order from our premises in Dubai, or should you wish to arrange for your own shipping, please select this option from the drop-down menu under “Shipping”.

You will be advised when your order is ready for collection complete with the location map of the collection point.

Please note that we have 3 places of collection: Wafi Mall, Jumeirah Centre and Sheikh Zayed Road Dubai (near the 3rd Interchange).

STANDARD Delivery To Dubai

Select this option if you require standard delivery within Dubai.

The Standard Delivery Conditions as follows:

• Orders placed before 13:00H shall be delivered on the next working day before 21:30H
  

  Example: If you order on the 26th of August 2008 (Tuesday) at 10:00H, your order shall be delivered on the 27th of August (Wednesday) before 21:30H.

• Orders received after 13:00H shall be delivered within 2 days before 21:30H of the second working day

Example: If you order on the 28th of August 2008 (Thursday) at 15:00H, your order shall be delivered on the 4th of September (Monday) before 21:30H.

EXPRESS Delivery To Dubai

Select this option if you require express delivery within Dubai.

The Express Delivery Conditions as follows:

• Orders placed before 13:00H shall be delivered on the same working day before 21:30H

Example: If you order on the 26th of August 2008 (Tuesday) at 10:00H, your order shall be delivered on the 26th of August (Tuesday) before 21:30H.

• Orders received after 13:00H shall be delivered the next working day before 13:00H

Example:If you order on the 26th of August 2008 (Tuesday) at 15:00H, your order shall be delivered on the 27th of August (Wednesday) before 13:00H.
